I haven't received a message. What should I check?
Check that the contact details you entered are correct. For emails, also check Spam, Junk and Promotions. If you cannot find the message, tell us when you submitted your request and which mobile network or email provider you use.
I entered the wrong contact details. How do I correct them?
Contact us using the correct details and tell us what you entered by mistake and, if possible, when you submitted the request. Do not send passwords, access codes or documents.
